PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR HIRING
THE SERVICES OF DATA COLLECTING FIRMS TO CONDUCT
FIRST INDUSTRIAL NATIONAL INNOVATION SURVEY

Pakistan Council for Science and Technology (PCST), a public sector S&T Organization of Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) invites applications from reputed, well-experienced and financially sound firms/companies registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, for prequalification for provision of services to conduct S&T Surveys.
2. The prequalification documents containing scope of the requisite services, terms and conditions are available free of cost for the interested bidders from the office of the undersigned. The same can also be downloaded from the links provided as below.
3. For any clarification, the Project Director may be contacted on Telephone No. 051-9217316 on any working day from Monday to Friday during office hours.
4. The prequalification proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the EOI-PQ documents, must reach the undersigned on or before 18-09-2018 at 1100 hours which will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. This advertisement is also available on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk.
5. PCST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in compliance with the relevant clauses of PPRA rules.
